Madam ANGOUING, née NDANGA Françoise was born in Mbouda on the 11th of June 1962, of Mr NDANGA AMBOUA Michel, from Nguélébok, East region and Mrs KEKOUNOU Marie, matron, who hails from Bamendjinda, West region.
Owing to posts of responsibility held by her father in Mbouda, Buea, Bafoussam, Koutaba and Yaounde, she schooled in the aforementioned towns from nursery school to the University of Yaounde. After obtaining her baccalaureat,in series A4 (German), she opted for the Higher Teachers’ Training College of Yaounde in a bid to embrace the teaching field.
After 13 years of teaching in Lycée de Garoua, Douala, Dschang, Nkongsamba and Bafoussam, she is appointed Provincial Pedagogic Inspector for Bilingualism in the Littoral in 2001 and the West in 2003. In 2005, she is made Attachée in the Prime Minister’s Office. Thanks to this position, she advocates for the creation of secondary schools in the East Region in general and the Kadey Division in particular. That is how she successfully created many development committees to support the youth education in general and the girl child in particular. That is how she became popular. In 2007, she is designated Divisional Mission Head for the renewal of CPDM basic organs in the Kadey Division. In 2011, she is designated Council vice-President for registration on electoral lists and the Presidential elections. Determined to set the course of her political commitment faced with socio-cultural determinisms, she stands as list leader of the CPDM section during internal elections of the party during the reorganization of basic organs in the Kadey North 1 section (Batouri) and wins in December 2015, four months after her appointment as Inspector General in MINPROFF.Apart from professional and socio-political activities, she is a prolific writer and publishes many articles on the status of women. She is married and a mother of 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
