Mr NGAMBO FONDJO Pierre Vincent is a superscale senior administrative officer. He was born on the 16th of November 1959 in Yaounde.
From the University and intellectual perspective, he is a holder of a PhD in Sociology with “’first class honours” and the diploma of the national school of magistracy and administration of Yaounde (NSAM), Administrative Division, General Administration Section. Moreover, he obtained a Specialised Diploma in the Public Administration Institute of Paris, on the theme “Modernisation of the Public service”.
With reference to his professional career, he is Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, after successively been Secretary General in the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education, Mission Head in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic and the Prime Minister’s Office. At the regional level, he occupied the post of interim Deputy permanent Secretary of the African Public Service Observatory. Mr NGAMBO also represented Cameroon in the Board of Directors of the African training and Research centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD). He is also Vice-President of the Human Resources’ Management Network for Central Africa and Vice-President of the African Association for Public Administration and Management for Central Africa (AAPAM).
Internationally, for many years, he has been associated to works initiated and carried out by the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) in the capacity of expert or consultant. Mr NGAMBO FONDJO Pierre Vincent is Grand Officer of the national Order of Valour.
