Mr OUMAROU DJIKA SAIDOU was born in 1948 in Ngaoundere. Product of religious private education, this former student of College MAZENOD in Ngaoundere instilled discipline, responsibility, know-how and living together.
Major proponent of rigour and moralization, former student of the Higher Teachers’ Training College of Yaounde, with a brief stop in the private sector, this teacher by training has been a teacher, a head of institution, Provincial delegate of National Education and Inspector General in the Ministry of National Education.
Moreover, Mr DJIKA OUMAROU was mission head in the Prime Minister’s Office and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development.
His greatest hobbies are sports and reading.
He is a father of many children and grandchildren.
He is also Knight of the National Order of valour and an active militant of the CPDM.
