Appointed on the 2nd July, 2021, Madam Madia Julienne was installed on 28 July 2021 at the Yaoundé Conference Centre by the President of the Commission, Peter Mafany Musonge.
The “Cercle Municipal” Yaoundé been busy since Thursday July 8th with the Commission meeting various groups to identify the causes of hate speech and xenophobia and to come up with resolutions to stamp out the ills.
One of the regions where the NCPBM was present for the exercise was the West, where the Commission’s delegation had as members, Dr. NGAMBO FONDJO Pierre Vincent and Mr MBAFOR Jean Marc AFESI.
The two-day event which took place at the Yaoundé conference centre on the instructions of the Head of State brought together members of the scientific committee and experts who brainstormed on various ways to combat hate speech and xenophobia.
