Under the Very High Authority of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul Biya, the National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism (NCPBM), undertook a mission to listen to the people and sensitise the population on the merits of law N° 2019/19 of 24 December 2019 on the promotion of official languages in Cameroon to Garoua, headquarters of the North Region and Maroua, headquarters of the Far North Region respectively, from 1st to 7th November 2020.
