A delegation of the National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism (NCPBM) has ended an enriching “Bench-marking mission” to Canada. The mission, which was ran from 23rd june to 2nd july, 2019, was undertaken on the very high approval of the Head of State.
