In his installation speech, the NCPBM President called on Madam Madia Julienne to give in her best, so as to help the Commission achieve its missions. He said in appointing her, the Head of State knew she was up to the task, given her rich academic background.
Present at the ceremony were the Vice-President of the Commission, Oumarou Djika, all the members, and the Secretary General, Dr. Chi Asafor Cornelius. There were also some special invitees like the Minister of Basic Education, Professor Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa, that of Women’s Empowerment and the Family, Marie Therese Abena Ondoa and the Governor of the Centre Region, Nasiri Paul Bea.
Madam Madia Julienne takes over from Madam Djanabou Bakary, appointed at the Secretariat General of the Presidency of the Republic.
